Which of the following sentence should be used while speaking in engligh (conversation)
(1) I've not read the entire book.
(2) I haven't ready the entire book.

Neither, you should say, I have not read the book entirely

combine the two and place your adverb in the right place.

you can write : i have not read the book entirely.

but SAY IT as : i haven't read the book entirely.

in speaking,
americans use more contractions. (use sentence #2)
britons use less contractions, so they sound more elegant. (use sentence #1)

Th correct sentence should be
I HAVE NOT READ THE BOOK ENTIRELY.

1 is a correct phrase, but you can also say "I haven't read the entire book yet."

I disagree with Peter S - at least that wouldn't be British English. i think your option 2 is closest.
