It certainly does! Everything from the psychological effects to death. Death is not common now that abortion is legal, but illegal abortions used to cause death much more frequently. I agree with Jeanne B. Death is a major possible side effect. I pretty sure a person even risk a chance of some kind of infection. I heard after you bleed for a few weeks.
