well what i really mean is penis size, when is the age that you stop and what is a good length?

Looks like you've got your specific question answered, but I'd to throw in that your nose and ears may continue to grow as you age. They typically lengthen and you may notice more hair in those areas as you age.

The vast majority of guys are fully grown by 18, many stop at 16 or 17. The penis usually finishes growing before then, since its growth starts earlier. Ave length is 5 to 6 inches

Boys stop fully growing around the age of 21 or around thereabouts. I dont know specifically about the genitals..I assume that if they are talking about growth halting then it includes everything.
Just so you know..girls stop growing around 18 or thereabouts.

It's different for everyone, I'd say probably around 18-25 though.
