I got a call back at a Disney Talent Search. They told my friend (that also got a call back) that it wouldn't be until the new year (2007) until there was contact. But neither of us have heard anything... I was wondering when I would hear or if I would hear at all. Also, what are the chances of getting a part??

No one here can tell you for certain unless they work for Disney. My best guess would be not to hold your breath since it's been so long since the event. Congratulations on getting as far as you did in that particular contest though. Get into some classes and go about seeking a career the way most actors do. Get your training, get into theatre, then student films and independents and try to get an agent.

How do you know it was a was legitimate Disney audition?
Did anyone say he was from Disney?
Did you get a business card, with his name, address and telephone, number at Walt Disney Productions,

Patience, there are still 4 more months of the year left, and it could even be until 2008 until you get a callback. But, unfortunately, you probably won't get one because the chances are very slim. You should have more experience before auditioning, and practice, practice, practice to greatly increase your odds of callbacks.
