Just curious. I mean with this do you feel something in you is plain not good and what will you do about it in your future so how will you transform that into something good?

Human Beings are a mixed bag, but as you mention, the potential for being perfect is there... the quesion is, how to enliven that most perfect potential.

This has been the aspiration of Monks, Mystics and Yogis for thousands of years, and as I understand it, all it takes is the practice of "surrender" over a long period of time and the best can be cultured.

One of the simplest description of this process I think can be found in this online resource... Ch 21-22 of Gospel Enigma...

All human beings are evil just as they are good. In most cases you have a balance. This is a hard question to answer because evil is defined by the person. what constitutes an evil act? Cheating... Then I'm evil. Or killing... not telling. Stealing I personally believe that all people have stole at 1 point or another.
I figure that the best definition is of evil is sin. Which means that the absence of sin is good. How many humans do you know that is completely without sin? Me I have my fair share as do all Humans but I'm not completely evil I just lean that way heavily. As for how do I plan on changing I don't because I am what I am and at the time of judgement I am the one who will have to atone for my life here on Earth.

No, I am not evil. It depends on what you mean.

Do I wish some people would just plain drop dead? Yes.

The odd thing is that it has happened. I have been nice to an ex-wife, a sister, and many people who were not so kind to me. People who tried to make my life miserable, and succeeded, many times!

In the long run, those people have died of a heart-attack (the ex), had a grand mal seizure (the sister, who tried to put me in jail, accusing me of theft when she gave me a gifts), and others who have been less than charitable. I had a psychologist accuse me of being the 'lemon-haired lady,' and just the 'baby-sitter' when I met my husband at 21. He was 39 with two children, which I subsequently raised.

My 'winning' was in being married to a great guy, 32 years so far, raising those children who loved me more than their own mom, and having another child who they consider a brother!

I have seen evil. God does a good job of getting it out of my way. I don't have to participate at all. I just smile.

I see evil as a manifestation in darkness. There is darkness and light. Some things are more in darkness and so getting into the evil area.

Of course, we sometimes like to think of evil as murderers and criminal things like that. But, there is a lighter side to evil. Just ignorance, disease and so on might be considered in the area of evil.

I have some evil in me. I can't claim my total being is that of all goodness and light. I feel it is my business as a human being to get more in touch with my all-good side. I have to keep working to stay away from as much bad stuff as may be possible. Any evil in me has to do with ignorance and darkness. The cure for ignorance and darkness is knowledge and light.

Just being in a temporal body is a type of evil.

I cannot say NO or YES.
Evil is there inside. But not 100%.
Everybody has evil inside, and waits for the right time to come out. Even we will not be knowing the existance.
If already we know about it and that is more, then we say YES. But it may not be true. The vise versa is also not true.

I don't believe in evil as an absolute.

I think there are many bad traits one can have, but I don't think mine are too bad.

I do go cold and want to kill people sometimes, but I still wouldn't call that evil.

Nothing could conquer good or evil. If there can't be evil, their can't be good. Good vs evil. Light vs dark. Sun vs moon. Hmm we have to have it. It will never conquer anything. If good could conquer evil, another somewhere will be replaced. Same if evil conquer good.

Yup, without question. I don't know if good can come from evil, but restraint isn't that hard most of the time.

Yes....I have given it to The Lord to take care of. I am a work in progress and looking back on 10 years ago before I was a Christian, God has brought me a long way.
