I got the Mirena IUD put in on May 25, 2005. Everything went normal and I spotted for about a month after having it inserted but for over 2 years now have been period and spot free. Well, that is until today. I'm somewhat worried due to the fact that this is not the norm for me. Should I be worried or does this happen often?

I would recommend getting in touch with your gynecologist to see what they think is going on.
