No, seriously. That's one of me and my friends favorite things to do. Haha. And take pictures, and draw with sidewalk chalk all over the road :-)
two 15 year olds and a 17 year old. We're cool. Lmao.
You could always do some crazy makeup or something.
Another thing that we always do when we're feeling especially lame, is go one one of those chat room things ( http://www.teenchat.com ) and just act like idiots.

Oh, toilet papering a house is also really great.. or putting plastic forks all through someone's lawn.
