This men was betrayed by his best friend and commited suicide

I was betrayed by my best friend , he's beenlike a brtother to me for 4 years, and by my academic adviser whom I trusted with my life.
And by my family too
So now what should I do? I already have an option (see the article)

Almost Everyone gets betrayed by the people they trust the most. I know I definately have and a few times by one of my best friends that was like a sister to me for years. But i've never thought about suicide over it. We talked about it once i calmed down a bit and were able to come to terms with things. Yeah it's harsh when it happens but don't end your life because of it by all means. Yes, you'll have major trust issues and you may never trust any one to the fullest ever again but that doesn't mean the end of the world.
Think into the future and pretend this is something from the past, I know that i'm glad that i was able to finally over come it and get over it, it took me a long time and I still have major trust issues and this was about 6 or so years ago but its in the past and i've moved forward. Don't let it do more damage to you than it already has. Be strong for yourself and don't let yourself down. It'll all work out in time.

This is a cultural suicide as well. This would not happen this easily en Europe. So, most important, I think you need to rely on yourself mostly. That way you won't feel betrayed that easily. But it remains a possibility when you trust people that they will betray you. But that should not be a reason to not try again to trust people. just perhaps a little less. it is measure that is most important. How much do you trust someone with. that is they key. still, it takes practise to do it right.
