I have not enjoyed sex with my spouse lately...What should I do?

Try spicing things up. Role play. Drop her off at a bar, go in an half-hour to an hour later (giving time for men to hit on her and make her feel attractive and wanted), hit on her, take her back to your car, drive to a dark alley and have wild nasty sex.

Buy some sex toys. Try a sex swing that can give you some new positions and some fun to sex.

Buy some educational sex books and movies/dvds. Give her a book called "Tickle His Pickle." It teaches women how to give great handjobs and oral sex. You two can read/watch together and then try out what you learn!

Take a vacation. Romance her during the day with flower, wine, chocolate and strolls and then take her back to the hotel room for rough, nasty sex. Don't be afraid to get a little loud and raunchy.

Ask her about threesomes and see if she has any interest in it. Sites like Adult Friend Finder can help you to find another person to spice things up in the bedroom. This can also be done on trips/vacations so you can be more discreet.

Look at porn together and try and make it a habit to masturbate with her. Include her in your sexual activity. If she's too tired or has a headache frequently, start helping out with some housework during the day and buy some excedrin.

I don't think men realize how much more sex they would receive if they started just helping out around the house.

the best thing 2 do is talk it over with your spouse. Maybe they do not realize how u feel. After long periods of time a relationship can go stale. It is up 2 both parties 2 keep it going strong. Sexually it becomes routine and unless the routine is broken up then things will stay the same. Throw something odd at your spouse a new position or talk about the issue. The key to strong relationships is communication. So talk it out and be open to all suggestions.

You have to be the male in the marriage. We don't remember after ten.Sometimes the sex does change. I was so glad to reach fifty. I tell some of my friends this and they ask why? I respond that my and her sex drive has diminished so much that I have much more money, time, and less aggravation. Now I can concentrate on fishing and don't have to worry when or how I am going to get it.

Try something new. I'm a toy freak. I could start my own freaking store. And there is so much stuff out there that you can totally have something new to do every week. Of course, make sure your spouse is on board with this first.

You aren't giving nearly enough information for anyone here to be helpful.

Why don't you enjoy it?

Are you no longer in love with them? No longer attracted to them? Is it just the same old thing?

What is it?

maybe you need to establish an emotional connection again with her for you to enjoy sex...talk to her, open up..that's the best thing to do...asking us won't help you...talking to your spouse will surely do help you.
