i have henna on my hands, and its still drying, almost all dry and the little pieces are coming off.
i havent eaten a thing all day until now, and i think i may have swallowed a piece of henna that came off.
is it poisonous? its natural henna - NOT black henna.

i don't think its poisonous, don't worry about it.
if your body experiences things out of the ordinary you might want to get it checked out.
you should eat foods that would make you "cleanse your system" if you know what i mean.
just to get the henna out if it wasn't digested.
how did u swallow some of it?

no. henna is made from a plant extract. and tea, i think. u'll be fine.
