Personal choice really.
No difference whether you wear one or not.

Healthiest to sleep without, although some find that during the end of pregnancy / while nursing it is more comfortable to keep it on all night [those cute little leak-protection pads stay in place better.]
Your body needs to air out, and eliminates waste during the night - if you sleep in a bra, you really need to change it in the morning and make sure it gets washed. No need to give yourself a nasty infection or ulceration of the delicate breast tissue.
I wear HH; my daughter wears KK - if you have a properly fitted bra, even large breasts can become more firm and less saggy. Also, a well fit bra will not leave strap marks on your shoulder when you take it off.
Obviously, with the sizes we wear, I decided to sell custom-fit bras after the big-name department store tried to put us in the same size bra. Look for a dealer near you through the local yellow pages or yahoo; also try the direct distribution network company at the link below if needs be. Our brands include Cameo, Pennyrich, Sculptress and my favorite: the Brantley bra which was designed by an aeronautical engineer.

Much better to sleep without a bra on.
The long term result of sleeping with it on basically, is sagging. Give them a break and let them go free for a eight hours.

Depends if you are alone or not. But seriously, if you are small to average, without is fine. If you are large, get a sleep bra with light support.

I've heard without, although I don't know about the reasoning, there are some good ideas above (the wire issue, the problem with weakening muscles, etc) also it's probably not comfortable or good for your skin.

i'd say without. if you go the whole day with one on, your bra might become uncomfortable. not wearing one wont make you sag, and wearing one wont give you breast cancer. its whatever is comfortable for you.

Better for comfort if it is off, I don't think it really matters if it is on. Starring this question
