go thru answers and give thumbs down for no reason? I've seen some random answers just get thumbs down and I have no clue why? Is it just fun and you somehow take out your anger on innocent ppl? Haha! What about random thumbs ups?

I have asked this question several times and lot's of people reply saying its frustrating when you give your best to answer a question and recieve a thumbs down...why do they do so?I can't tell...
I call those people who give thumbs down *the thumbs down trolls* because they really are!

The only time I give a thumb down is when I absolutely know the answer given may do harm to a person or pet. Those questions usually pertain to an ill pet or a person asking for advice on a medical problem that should be answered only by a doctor or vet, not a guess or home remedy that could do more harm than good. If that offends everyone, I`m sorry, but I rather offend than see somone damaged by ill gotten advice.

A nicely-experienced small canine does not bark and leap. It grants companionship, will warn while there is somebody outdoors, and could be experienced to do tricks. not all canine are expected to guard their owners; purely warning of an outsider is adequate. The spoiled little monster canine you describe that would desire to be punted? Yeah, they're fairly candy to their owners and the owners are dumb adequate to allow the canine ruin out with in spite of it needs. they have a tendency to die while they chew a toddler, bypass after a greater canine, or do something the two stupid. the two that, or all human beings gets to "understand" that the canine is a monster and does not enable it everywhere close to their infants and pets. undesirable owners are undesirable owners. a minimum of a splash yorkie is far less complicated to handle while that's a monster canine than a huge breed like a recommend husky or aggressive german shepherd. The undesirable proprietor does not place persons at lots probability, purely the badly-experienced canine. A nicely-behaved small canine is a delight, transportable adequate to handle journeys, does not choose lots food, and is purely as good at elevating Cain interior the middle of the evening while somebody is outdoors your place as a huge canine!

There are several reasons
A few are -
Some people TD all answers but their own in a question
Others TD anyone they disagree with (this is rife in places like the Religion and Politics sections)
Others only TD Top Contributors
People out there who target specific people
People who use TD to hide long questions
Users who can't see that a TD has correctly been given
For instance I have TD'd several in this question - One being the second answerer as she made no attempt to answer the question, some people may see that as invalid, but it is correct - and TD is much better than reporting

Well I've got a thumbs-down troll who gives me thumbs-down as often as she can. Sometimes she switches to her other account and then I get two thumbs-down.
I can't imagine what satisfaction she gets from it, but it's a perfectly harmless way for her to fill in what must be a rather empty existence.

My thumbs up and downs always have meaning behind it.. It means that I think your answer is awsome or your answer was crap. I dont just do it for fun. I read them and I tend to only do it on questions that I have answerd.
