I could see Jim Carrey in the role of Gilligan. Maybe Cameron Diaz as Ginger, Mr. Howell could be played by George Hamilton. The Skipper could be played by Dan Akroyd & The Professor could be played by Alec Baldwin & lastly, Mary Anne could be played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

I loved Bob Denver he will always be Gilligan, the other ideal actor is Zach Braff from Scrubs hands down! He looks a bit like him and has his mannerism
