Ok, i did a scan from crucial.com and it said I have 512 MB of RAM, but whenever i do like "CCleaner" it says i have 447mb of RAM. Why do I have 447 MB instead of 512mb?

Your onboard graphics is using part of system RAM as videoram. Once you plug in a discrete graphics card there, the full 512Mb becomes available as system RAM.

A possible reason why you wont see the full 512mb of RAM is because a video card is utilizing some of the RAM to operate, which is very normal.

I hope this helped.
