People don't eat cows with a fork. They eat steak or beef with a fork. They haven't been cows for a while at that point.

Once many years ago after losing an enormous amount of blood, which required surgery to repair. My tests results showed that my levels were down. My doctor preferred not to give me a transfusion & ordered me to eat plenty of red meat, cooked of course, to rebuild my blood naturally. Of course it took longer, but I guess it was actually better for me, in the long run.

I would never eat cows with a fork....I'd use chopsticks.
