yeah? any youtube evidence of this? I'm not talking about stealing on a wild pitch. I mean a true Jackie Robinson against the yankees type of steal, when Yogi went nuts.

People, listen up. I'm not talking about stealing home like that. On a double steal, or some kinda throw to second and then the guy at third goes home, that's the fag way of doing it. I mean, straight up stealing home, like in the old days. Only respond if you have proof. Tell me the player, the team he was with and the year. And then maybe I can go to youtube and find it.

Hill of the Jays did it this year against the Yanks. Crawford of the Rays did it against the Sox in 2006 and O.Cabrera did it against the Dodgers last year. MLB has a video link in each of the following atricles.

Orlando Cabrera of the Angels did it against the Dodgers last year (2006). I attended a game in which Rex Hudler did it in 1995 or 1996. It's certainly rare, but not once a decade rare.

Henderson had four steals of home, two in 1980 and two in 1982, and others have done it since then.
Here's Billy Hatcher doing it, straight up, for Boston against Toronto on 03-Aug-1992, one I happened to remember. Box: http://www.retrosheet.org/boxesetc/1992/B08030BOS1992.htm

Bill Hall, but it wasnt that good. they tried throwing to second to get the guy out and they did, but the umpire said he was safe, and as they were throwing it to second, Bill Hall ran home.
Also, i just have to update this. Jose Molina did it 3 months ago in the same way Bill Hall did it.
he did it this year

Yoshi did it today when I was playing Mario Baseball... But seriously... I think Rickey is the last person who will ever steal home in the MLB unless a pitcher suddenly falls completely asleep on the mound.

The last players to steal home were
NL: Eric Young (COL) vs. LA Dodgers - June 30, 1996 (3rd Inn.)
AL: Chris Stynes (KCR) vs. Seattle - May 12, 1996 (1st Inn.)
In both instances, Young and Stynes stole 2nd, 3rd and Home in the same inning..
