I just bought 4 mollys for my 45 gallon fish tank- they are in with some goldfish and one of them looks like this and I dont know anything about mollys but I did learn how to tell what sex they are and she is a female- so can anyone tell me if she is pregnant?

yes, she is pregnant. She doesn't look to be at her fullest but she is getting there, so you should have babies in the next week or two.

I don't think she is pregnant, they get a lot fatter, and you can see a gravid spot which we be darkened at the end of her stomache, usually you can sometimes see eyes in it. She may be in an early stage of pregnancy, but she is not very far into it.

If she's female, and was in a tank with males, then she is most likely pregnant. She does look like it in my opinion, just not very far along. They get huge...poor things...

.... hu base on the fact i had fishes since i was 8 years old i think she is ... keep and eye on her belly if it gets a bit more rounder she is for shure .. then again some fishes are just a little chubby , But i stand my ground that she is

She does look big, so maybe she is gravid (pregnant in fish talk). She is a live birthing fish, so if you want the babies, you need to keep her separated when she starts having babies,

Yeah she is! Make sure you have a breeding unit ready in the next couple of weeks or else they will be eaten

I actually doubt that she's pregnant
Could you do me a favor and take another pic from the back of her, where the gravid spot is suppose to be?

no!she is just eating too much! feed your fish twice a day!(once in the morning and once when you wake up) only feed him or her a pinch! it she were pergnant she would would have a red stomach

im not really sure sori but she does look pregnant y dont u go to the vet and show them the pic of i the fish
