I either take a nice long bath or sit on the couch with my kids around me and let them read me stories before we all take a nap cuddled together as one happy family.

I'm not a health nut, but think how I eat affects how I am as a person. Seriously, I think it changes me. When I am overly stressed, I do a "de-tox" and do only fruit and veggies for two days. Water for drink. I eat a lot of meat and bread for the most part.... though I am trying harder. Thing is, when I do this I feel so much better. You are what you eat, try being an apple :)
best of luck... de-stressing is a deal that each person needs to find for themselves. I hope you find yours!!

Listen to Music :) my best medicine.
Another thing I do is write my diary every once a week, like how my week was and all. Or if I'm in a bad mood or bored.
Last would be Drawing and Painting. Helps me more of taking all of the stress out and emotions.

Read a book, take a hot bath for a while, sleep. There are lots of things you can do to relieve stress. You just have to find the right thing for you.

well, sometimes i read one of my fav books and just get obsorbed in the story, away from reality if only for a few minutes. and other times i put on my fav music really loud and go crazy dancing around my room, just having fun and forgeting what i was so stressed about. and then there are my wonderful friends! we usually go see a movie or hit the mall. but it doesn't really matter where we go as long as we're together and havin a great time! =)

reading helps, but it has to be a good book, so you totally forget about the world around you
sleeping works for me most of the time
make a list of your to do's, then you won't stress about forgetting them
yoga helps, if you're into that stuff...i usually just don't have the time
exercise is probably the best stress releiver, especially when you concentrate on working really hard to burn fat or build muscle or some personal goal--you'll feel better and temporarily forget your problems, plus its healthy

I have a very strong arm, i play baseball... I go outside and throw a racquetball against a vacant lot cement wall. I basically play catch with myself, but it relieves stress. The more anger I have in me the harder I throw, one of my friends said that one day I'm gonna dent the bricks.
At least I'm using my energy and transforming my anger into something productive...

I like to play The Sims to de-stress. It's fun and it gets my mind off of whatever is stressing me out.

Depends on how stressed, walk barefoot outside with a coffee or if really mad I shout at the computer and play really really loud punk or rock music.
