You need to have a workup done to see whats going on in your digestive tract. It could be any of a number of problems, from ulcers to IBS to gluten intolerance.
You could also keep a journal in which you record everything that enters your mouth to see if there is a connection between what you are eating or drinking and the occurrence of the symptoms.

Know when you say it hurts below your stomach, are you talking your true stomach Or your abdominal area? Is the pain on your right or left? If it is not in the pelvic region it sounds more like gallbladder stuff.. THAT CAN HURT~
I saw my sister at 18 yrs old with gallbladder issues, and I promise she was more messed up then than when she gave birth 2 yrs later. You need to identify exactly where the pain is, pelvic, abdomen, right, left compare it to the naval, pelvic region, and rib cage. This will help your Dr locate the region better. Also keep track of is this occuring so many hours after engesting certian foods? It may not be a menstral thing but a digestive. Remember our digestives systems start at our mouth and ends at our... well you have the picture. Some people have digestive problems foryears before it is found. Because they focus on different organs. Digestive stuff causes everything from people vomiting, etc , to people thinking that they are having heart attacks, and dying. If you want post or email more specifics and we can see if we can get some more things together for you to take to your Dr. and get some true relief.
Let me know how it goes..

Have you had an ultrasound? Even though you're having stomach problems, an ovarian cyst/mass could cause that. The hormones could be what's causing you to pass out. Maybe you have IBS, have you had lots of stresss? You should see your doctor again and ask him to order more tests.

You may have Crohn's or Irritable Bowel. You need to go back to your doctor and have a blood work-up and a CT scan. I they shrug you off again, you need to find a new doctor that listens to you. You know when something is wrong with you! Don't let anyone tell you any different!!!
