When someone says you need "stress-relief" what do they mean?

I was really hot, and angry today....and I think a little sunstroked....read my 360 blog for a better idea....what's stress-relief? Everyone was laughing at me

That you need to be relieved of stress ... a hot tub/spa is one way to do that, a massage is another.
