Haha, I always used to wonder the same exact thing, but after listening to it how ever many times on T.V. I realized that Stewie says "Laugh and Cry!"

i had no idea for the longest time!! i really thought he said effin cry, but its true stewie actually says laugh and cry... still think it'd be cooler if he said effin cry- so much more like him u no?
