Trigonometry help!?

I'm totally lost (I have only one week to learn Grade 11 Trig) because of this summer course and I need all the help I can get.

My teacher doesn't explain nearly enough...if anyone can direct me to where I can find some easy to understand help on right triangle trig, tri functions of any angle, law of sines and cosines.....or if there any any experts here willing to help a poor gal out on MSN I would be so grateful.
