now i am the sort of person that plans a lot though i admit that not all of my plans work the way i want it to work...i think it has got to do with your age or something...when young ,you usually always jump and think later...as you mature a little bit...you tend to hesitate but still do the jumping...now i jump but i also hesitate first as i plan on the way i should jump...
funny how it may sounds but that is how i do it now...

If it is anything to do with jumping from a plane or bungee jumping I would be hesitating.....I am scared of heights.
