Yes.
1. The Placebo effect is well established in medicine and
obviously your mind (via tricking your body) is healing
you not the sugar pill you took for your allergy, sinus
infections, etc. Mind-Body medicine is nearly
mainstream science in the medical world.

2. Hypnosis and Bio-Feedback are both useful for pain
control and even bringing non voluntary reactions like
heart rate and blood pressure under some control.

3. While it is still controversial (mostly due to not having an
explainable mechanism) human intentions have been
demonstrated for more than 20 years to influence
machines (usually random number generators).
The work of PEAR (Princeton University Enineering
Anomaly Research) http://www.princeton.edu/~pear/ has
been the most recent attempts at studying this
phenomena.

Not totally I don't. I don't believe we all have the mind for that. There have been people documented that could control their minds and put themselves into a semi-hypnotic state and have dental surgery done. They claim they do not feel a thing.

I can do mind over matter in a few small ways. I have stayed awake long periods of time when family members were in the hospital and needed someone there. I think we have all done things by using mind over matter in small ways.

not only do I believe it I can prove it. Stigmata, I'm sure you have heard of it, well if you want to see it for your self just get comfortable in a quiet room by yourself and stare at your hand. Imagine a hole in it, imagine how much it hurts, imagine every single detail about it, how did it happen, how much it is bleeding, tell yourself over and over that there is a hole in your hand. After about 30 min my hand had a welt the size of a quarter that hurt so much that I could no longer close my hand and at an hour it started to bleed so I stopped and told myself over and over that nothing ever happened and after about 45 min it had stopped bleeding and healed up completely all that was left was a small welt
