John Edwards, no doubt. He's got the best plan to deal with global warming (80% greenhouse gas reduction by 2050). MoveOn.org voted him as having the best plan on climate change, by far:

Here's my ranking of the Democratic candidates on environmental issues (all Republicans are well behind all Democrats):

1. Edwards
2. Richardson
3. Gravel
4. Kucinich
5. Dodd
6. Clinton
7. Biden
8. Obama

Very disappointing that the top 2 candidates are so relatively poor on the environment. I put Obama at the bottom because of his support of coal until just recently and his lack of leadership. He talks a big game, but he hasn't walked the walk. Clinton isn't much better, having also supported clean coal. She's environmentally mediocre.

Below is a link summarizing the environmental positions of the candidates. It also has interviews with them discussing their environmental plans.

Kucinich. He even makes an effort to practice what he preaches. Edwards and the rest of them are just pandering for votes as usual and are funded by the same type of business dealings and interest groups that keep corrupting our government.

Here's a whole article about Kucinich and his environmental views: http://www.grist.org/feature/2007/08/01/kucinich/

If you really care about the environment, don't let popularity sway your vote. We actually have an opportunity to nominate an honest candidate in each party and I wish more people would take the initiative to make it happen.

All of the candidates claim they want to protect the environment in order to get votes.

VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

None. They all use private planes, limos, etc. All they'll do is pay lip service to the green nuts.
