Sure... because presidents really don't have any direct effect on abortion laws. He can think whatever he wants on this issue. He won't have any bearing on it.
Now ask me what a specific supreme court justice's feelings about his stance on this issue... and ask me when and if it ever comes across his docket.

If Romney is against abortion in cases of rape and incest, then yes, he's pro-life enough.
