3(x-7) / x (x-1) * 7x /(7-x) = - 21 / (x-1) = 21 / (1-x)

the x-7 and 7-x cancel leaving a -1.

make the bottom the same.

multiply both sides by (x^2-x)(7-x) then reduce.
