Please...what kind of question is this. Fried chicken is eaten hot when it is freshly prepared, and after that, only cold. To reheat a piece of fried chicken will only make the battered skin soft and mushy. Once the hot meal is finished, let it come to near room temperature, then place it in a sealed container in the refrigerator. When you are ready for a snack, there it is. If you must, let it come to room temperature, but please don't zap it in the microwave (it will overcook the chicken meat and steam the battered skin) or put it in the oven to warm...probably won't over cook the meat, but will make the skin pasty and most undesireable.

Ok the chicken was already cooked in the first place so there is nothing wrong with eating it cold the next day unless of course it sat out for hours before being put in the fridge. When any food is reheated it only has to be "rapidly heated" to 140 degrees to kill any bacteria that might be on it. Personally I think for leftovers that cold pizza and cold fried chicken are the best.

Neither. Cold chicken is disgusting. Reheated is bad too because the crust goes stale in the microwave and dry in the pan. Fresh fried chicken, just like the Col. Sanders liked it.

Cold. Part of the fun of eating left over chicken and pizza is to eat them cold.

While I have eaten KFC cold the day after ordering it and am still alive to speak of it, I would not recommend eating chicken unless you are sure it is cooked to at least 165 degrees F.

It depends on my mood, I enjoy cold things sometimes or I will heat them up. I probably favor cold because in our house growing up cold left overs for breakfast was awesome! Somethings only taste good heated others it didn't matter what it was we ate it cold, My favorites were: Cold: pizza, any hamburger helper, pizza, my dad's home made enchilada's, lasagna, meatloaf etc. Hot: the same list ;) Some things taste better the longer it was in the fridge or how long we get to eat it! yummy!
