Every high school in this country has a sexual harassment policy and everyone states that three factors must be met - the action is unwanted, sexual in nature and occurs in the workplace (school for you). Keep in mind that even though this is occurring in a school environment it does not preclude you from taking legal action outside the school. This might discourage him from making a mockery of the situation and will probably take it a lot more serious. It would also discourage school administrators from sharing this information in the teachers lounge.

Anytime someone repeatedly does or says things of a sexual nature that makes you feel uncomfortable, then that indeed is sexual harassment.
If you're around this guy again, tell him to knock it off or you'll lay a formal complaint.
If that's likely to get you hassled even more, then you may have to be creative in dealing with this guy.
Other guys would have some creative ideas, I bet.

whilst the harassment turns into sexual, it particularly is sexual harassment. Touching, innuendo, gestures, puppy names, looks, etc... you could particularly tell whilst somebody is putting off a violent vibe as against a sexual vibe, or whilst they're putting out the two.

You don't know what sexual harassment is? If he is touching you in places he shouldn't, he is suggesting lewd things to you, watching you, licking his lips........I think you already know if he is or isn't. Don't stand for it. Go to the student councilor and talk with him/her. Good luck. Pops
