Ah.
A light pink or a white will definitely bring out the green in your eyes.
A light brown and a very light purple at top will bring out the blue.
Don't wear bright colors to bring out hazel eyes.
Since your eyes are more than one color it's hard enough to make them stand out, and even harder when people are looking at the neon colors above your eyes. Keep it simple.

I think dark hair( browns- mocha caramel) for blue eyes. For green eyes I think red hair ( auburn red - brownish reds or even an eggplant violet) The dark hair will bring out your eyes. What people don't realize is blonde can sometimes fade you away. The things you wear (clothes) depends on your skin tone and undertone. So I cant help much there. As eyeshadows try some lilac, golds, subtle pinks or soft browns. Hope I helped... good luck...

To bring out the blue in your eyes, use brown eyeliner or eyeshadow. I think wearing a light coat of blue mascara over black mascara will look good for evening too.
For a daytime look, I suggest a deep coffee eyeliner tight against the upper lashline. You can also add a light taupe shadow.
As Allison recommended violet or purple will bring out the green in your eyes. I suggest a deep eggplant eyeliner tight against the upper lash line. For evening, you can apply black eyeliner w/ a sheer, slightly shimmery amethyst.
For a neutral look, try a sheer champagne w/ black eyeliner.

If you wear a blue sweater with a green blouse will be outrageous . Try to wear blue shadows on your lid with a green eye shadow on your eyelid with a little brown shadow on your eye line . Wearing blue your eyes will be more blue and wearing green and eating more vegetables your eyes will look more green.
Wearing gray.. your eyes will look like a blue ice on a winter snowy day.. or like heaven over winter snow .
If you wear a black sweater with a white blouse your eyes will look like a sweet rainy day. ( That kind of look is great when you want to ask something to someone ... no one can say no )

Hazel is more of a green/gold/brown and not a blue/green. If you wear shades of green, it should bring out the green in your eyes; whereas, blue clothing should bring out the blue.

to bring out the blue contrasting colors brite frosting pink ,lilac, etc to bring out the color do this in eyeshadow and work with some white eyeliner(makes them look bigger rly brings them out) for the green deep colors like purples bronze mid pinks etc. and try brown or bronze and gold eyeliner instead of black that can be a bit harsh sometimes to bring out the green white prolly isnt the best idea with these richer colors too

So you're eyes are really more of a blue/green not a hazel.....I would suggest using those almay eye intesifying sets. they work good. I have a similar issue..my eyes are hazel-ish...sometimes they're green and sometimes they are just light brown.....to enhance the colors...hm...oddly enough when i want my eyes to look greener i wear pink, green, orange, black...

Almay has a product line, a sequence of 4 colors in each pack of various colors, they are labeled for blue eyes, green eyes, hazel eyes, brown eyes, look at those and it should help you decide what would be best for you!

I think golden hues would look really nice with your eye color. It's been my experience with hazel-colored eyes that whatever color they're wearing is what is picked up in their eyes. If you wear a blue outfit, your eyes will look bluer; if you wear green, your eyes will look greener. :)

Contrasting shades for your eyeshadow, so purple hues to bring out the green.
Wear clothes the colour you want to highlight in your eyes.
