My hp health check keeps saying that there is a problem with my web cam, but when i run the scan it says that there is nothing wrong. How can I fix this problem?

sounds like you need a vista-compatible web cam. try downloading a new driver

I would say VISTA is your problem. Your camera will not work with vista. Go to ur cams manufacturer and see if there is a vista patch or driver.

Have you checked the device driver??
Start
Settings
Control Panel
System
Device Manager
right-click the web cam
select Properties
it will tell you if it is working properly and give you a chance to update the driver.
