No. My children would still not be full grown and I would not get to see my grandchildren. It is nice to think that I don't have any other regrets though, isn't it? I'm a lucky man.

In 5 years I would at least have a bachelor's. But if I knew I were going to die in five years, the question is would I continue my studies. I think I would write instead, or write more along side my studies. I would want something to pass down as a legacy, for my children but also for mankind. The current world thinks anyone can do that now. Through the internet we can all be heard. That actually makes the forum busy and confused, though. Maybe that would be a waste of time. I think I may be getting alittle depressed about it now, thanks.
Just kidding. A favorite song of mine is The Power of a Moment by Chris Rice. It says we have no guarantee of our next heartbeat, so God teach me the power of a moment and what really needs to be done.

well, concerning the previous question, if i only knew for a week that i was going to pass on, i wouldnt really have regrets, as there isnt alot i could correct in a week, i would feel lucky that i knew, so i could clean my room up, as trivial as it seems, i dont want to go with a messy room!
if then suddenly after that week i was given an extra 5 years, yes i could in 5 years clean my room
the thing is, our regrets are in the past, we cant avoid them, they have already occurred, we can sometimes try to appease them, but still we dont change the fact that they happened
whether we know we are going to be leaving this life or not, we should be learning from our past, and improving by recognizing our regrets, and try to avoid as many as we can in the future by living our lives the best we can, understanding we will always make mistakes or not take opportunities when offered, and these things we will regret

Sure, if I knew i would die in exactly 5 years. I'd enjoy all the latest and greatest gadgetry credit could buy, knowing I'd never have to pay for it!
