For me, either on my bed on my back with my pillows behind my head against my window with the blinds opened not so much that I'm blinded, but just enough to let good reading light in.
OR...
On a bench in a park by a lake or under a tree.

Any position you feel comfortable with is a good reading position.

In a rocking chair with your feet up on a footstool, something to sip on the little table beside you & perhaps a bowl of chocolate covered almonds to snack on. A purring cat curled up on your lap or between you feet is a bonus.

On the couch, under a blanket, shades drawn, candles lit, and it's snowing and blowing outside.....oh yeah, a cup of hot chocolate or coffee at your side....
