specially in yahoo messenger,when you chat,people sometimes boot you and hack to your comp.they make the comp freeze or the even know what we are doing it at that time with the comp. or they even do something to our data or program in the comp.
is there anybody would like to teach me how?

Discussing how to tamper with computer networks and computers you do not have permission to hack is a clear violation of the Yahoo! TOS and the Community Guidelines.

That said, yes, knowing the true IP address of a target computer is instrumental to being able to attack it.

Additionally, there are security holes in several versions of Yahoo! Messenger -- some unintentional, some due to the settings used by certain people -- which make it possible to listen in on conversations, boot people from chat, freeze up their computers and potentially view their file systems.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no exploits for the newest Messenger version that allow file system access, but that may not be the case.

No, this is a myth.

You can do absolutely nothing with an IP address unless the other computer is compromised. In either case, it would be illegal for you to attempt a connection.
