If you bid something on ebay and it said the condition was new and until u won the bid.?

Then it was saying Used...what's going on? Is there a way that u can change your mind because I dont feel comfortable of paying something when Im not going to receive it.

JUST GO TO THE EBAY DISPUTES CONSOLE....THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT..UNLESS THE AD SAID LIKE NEW.....

Most likely it had always said used and you just didn't notice or pay attention. Cavet emptar! (sorry my latin is horrible!).
