I'm trying to complile a list of the 20 Greatest Hits of all Time. The songs can be anything from the Golden Oldies, to hits of today. I can only think of three songs that belong on the list (in my opinion).

A Day in the Life-The Beatles
Bohemian Rhapsody-Queen
Rock Around the Clock-Bill Haley and the Comets.

"Of All Time" covers quite a lot of territory! I'm going to assume you mean the top twenty rock and roll songs of all time. That list would be quite subjective but here are some songs that I would be pick. My criteria is mainly their profound influence on popular music and the fact that they have stood the test of time and still sound fresh and exciting.

I Heard It Through The Grapevine - Marvin Gaye
Johnny B. Goode - Chuck Berry
Papa's Got A Brand New Bag - James Brown
You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin' - Righteous Brothers
(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction - Rolling Stones
Like A Rolling Stone - Bob Dylan
Respect - Aretha Franklin
Louie Louie - Kingsmen
Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On - Jerry Lee Lewis
Only The Lonely - Roy Orbison
What I'd Say - Ray Charles
Be My Baby - Ronnettes
Born To Run - Bruce Springsteen
My GIrl - Temptations
Oh Pretty Woman - Roy Orbison
When A Man Loves A Woman - Percy Sledge
That'll Be The Day - Buddy Holly
Little Red Corvettes - Prince
Change Is Gonna Come - Sam Cooke
Mystery Train - Elvis Presley

Don't forget there's hundreds of great oldies worth listening to besides these.
