Runner on third, no one out. Batter hits a fly ball to deep right field. The runner tags up. The right fielder, knowing the run will score as soon as he official catches the ball, starts juggling the ball while running toward the plate (he's a good juggler). He gets to the infield and finally takes possession of the ball, so the runner can't in theory leave third.
I couldn't find a rule against this in a quick search of the book, but I would guess it would be considered an attempt to deceive the runner and would be illegal -- batter out, but runner allowed to score.
Opinions?

The runner may leave as soon as the ball is touched. From 2.00 definition of "catch"
"Runners may leave their bases the instant the first fielder touches the ball. "

Haha, tricky question.
Well as soon as the fielder touches the ball he is either going to catch it or drop it (including juggling it) so the runner may then legally break for home, since the fielder has attempted to catch the ball. Pretty much, since the fielder touched the ball, the runner has officially tagged up, even if the ball is juggled for some time and then caught. No illegal move called on the fielder and no bases awarded, just a clean play with a little twist, haha.
I hope this answer helps a lot.

1) A batter stands at home plate and admires a home run. Is this a violation? Definitely 2) A batter flips the bat or takes an excruciatingly slow home run trot. Is this a violation? Nah 3) A batter runs across the mound while the pitcher is nowhere near it. Is this a violation? No 4) A batter crosses the mound while the pitcher is standing on it. Is this a violation? Yes 5) A batter bunts to break up a no-hitter. Is this a violation? Depends if its a close game or not 6) A batter calls time out when the pitcher is in the middle of his windup. Is this a violation? Yes 7) A hitter peeks back at a catcher's setup or gets signs relayed to him from a teammate on second base. Is this a violation? Once the ball goes into his glove on this play is considered an out, because if the outfielder is going to juggle the ball most likely will be after the ball is already in glove. And yes it is attempt to deceive the runner batter is out and runner is awarded the base

Once the right fielder touches the ball, the runner can tag up and go safely.

Once the ball hits the glove the runner can tag up so that that very thing doesn't happen.

Good question. However, the toughest part would be getting the juggling started because it is hard not to maintain possession when the ball is traveling so fast without it hitting the ground.

nope
mainly because...to juggle you have to have control of what your juggling if you a good juggler (as mentioned in the question) which means that since he has control of the ball then its a catch......... whenever he started purposly juggling the ball it would be considered control which is a catch..... which means the runner can tag up and score....
