I have had no problems with PayPal. In terms of buying stuff on Ebay, check the seller's feedback ratings and how long the seller has been on Ebay. There is one con where a new seller will quickly sell alot of low cost items and then not deliver on high priced items, so that is why you want to check how long a seller has been a member of Ebay.

By the way, I know a way to get money back anytime you or someone you refer buys something from Ebay or over 120 popular online stores. If you refer alot of people, this will constantly generate money because you will get a commission every time they make a purchase and they get money back every time also so they are motivated to use the system. If you want more information, then send me an email.

Ebay is very safe. They own Paypal and it is the best way to insure your transaction goes through safe and sound. Paypal is just an online bank by which you can pay your seller or your buyer pays you. A fee is charged but the time to process a transaction is shortened greatly.

I've bought and sold a total of 100 items with no problems whatsoever. Just be careful how you do your business and you'll be fine.

Beware of thieves who get mdse., then say they didn't like it and either don't pay on paypal.com or ask for their money back from paypal.com, which will give it back even when they don't return the "defective or broken" product. THEY ARE THIEVES & EBAY DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT.
