No, they will be copying us we already achieved that goal back in "69.
China will be able to do it for way less money than we spent though, they will send a political prisoner there. They wont need to pay Grumman a $billion to build a lunar excursion module. They will only need a vehicle that will get him there, they won't want him back. He can be a TV star for a few days, when he runs out of food or oxygen he will show the other Chinese why they should keep their mouth shut.

The moon landing occured. that's a reality. Why is it so not basic to bypass lower back? because of the fact we permit all the technologies that have been given us to the there rot on the vine. There are actually not to any extent further Saturn V rockets or LEMs. we could continuously make all new automobiles and kit.

China wouldn't only put a man on the moon, they would also put a nice big chinese restaurant with their best cheft in it. so all the US tourists who land on the moon wouldn't feel hungry and could enjoy a fine dine in chinese cuisine. it's a totally new good business there (am i being sarcastic here? you tell me).
