Probably a very basic process on a computer, but I have no clue how to do it. I've tried dragging the pictures and dropping them onto the CD, creating a folder on the CD and doing the same thing, and tried sending the photos to CD Drive E, all to no avail. Please help!

In Windows XP you can just drag the pictures onto the CD and when you're done click "Burn to CD"

If you're using an older version of Windows you need a CD-Burning software. I recommend Nero www.nero.com

If you're using windows xp you can just drag the files in my computer onto the disk drive icon. Then when you clikc on the disk drive icon there will be an option on the upper left side to write these files to CD.

are you using XP? if so heres what you do.

right click on the picture(s), click send to your CD drive (usually D: but can be any number. then go to that drive in "My Computer" and tell it to burn to CD.

if in doubt, see MS help in your start menu.
