you can use clear nail polish, cover one toe then really quick take a cotton ball and wipe it off you might have to repeat it

Pick it off with your nails, then any left over that won't come off or is harder to get off, get a nail file and file it off..but not too much otherwise it'll scratch up your nails and make em look ugly. Or use the side of it.

put a coat of nail polish over it and wipe it off right away, it will take the old nail polish off too.
