Cell phone question?

My mom hung up her cell phone while ago and it said "Audio Routed". What does that mean? Is someone tapping her phone?

If it is a GSM phone, theres no cloning or things like that!
This could be just a network error. It happens sometimes.
Have her power the phone off and remove battery and sim card, leave it apart for 3-4 mins and put it all together, that will refresh her signal and make it better as well(I do that on my celly 3X or more monthly, it really helps ur signal)
If the error is still there, call the company and let them know.
