I'm only 13 but I'm very good with computers. Is there a web site I can go to that has a list of people that need to hire someone to make a website or something?

First off, it is illegal in the US to hire someone who is 13.
So try again.
Second, just because you are good with computers, doesn't mean you can design a website.
What program would you use to create the graphics interface?
What coding language would you use for GUI access?
What kind of website is it, and does it need a secondary language for backside communication?
I have a feeling those aren't questions you can answer.
I would suggest if you like computers to continue to learn about them, and take some classes in college and see where you can get.

Try Craig's List. They list people that need such help depending on your abilities and you can also place your own free ad. You can check in your area as well as others and outside of the US.
