Nothing!!! I have the absolute best boss in the world. He gives praise when we do well. When we screw up, rather than yell or get mad he gives constructive criticism . Well, maybe there is one little thing. He gives people too many chances to change themselves and do the right thing. He has had every reason to fire several people over the past few years, but he hasn't. This is the only downfall I see in him.

She causes me more work. I'll have a project going along just fine, and she'll make people angry so they stop working well together. We all try to schedule meetings so she's unavailable to attend them, just to avoid all her stupid drama.
It's gotten so bad that her knowledge level (very high) doesn't compensate for all the problems her personality causes.
We've assigned her a theme song...the music that plays in the "Wizard of Oz" when the flying monkeys are sent out to do evil.

When I ask to talk to him (or he says he needs to talk to me), he always says we'll talk later. And later usually means a week or so later. Geez, two minutes of his time isn't asking much...especially when he's the one who says he needs to talk to me!
