LOL...not really. We had a cat who always sat at a specific chair just cuz he liked it, but when it came time for dinner, he'd get kicked out of the chair. Sometimes my brother was nice to him and would share the seat with the cat. When he'd do that, he'd sneak the cat any fish, poultry, or meat, so no wonder he liked that seat. My mom would always get mad if she saw my brother slipping food to the cat, but we all thought it was kind of funny.

(But what's weirder than pets is my best friend in high school had a crazy aunt who had a couple dolls that she treated like babies and they sat in high chairs at her table...she'd take them shopping and everything. CRAZY!!!)

Don't have a pet right now, but I want one. When I get one they do not belong at the dinner table so....no.

No, but he begs for food the whole time we eat dinner. It gets really annoying. Someone always ends up giving him table food just to make him stop begging. Now he is obese.

My cats have chairs where ever they want to sit. If it happens to be at the dinning table that's fine, we rarely eat at the dining table.

I love my dogs, but they do not eat at the table with me and I don't feed them scraps right from the table.

I give them the meat scraps after dinner in their bowls.
