She's had primary custody of our son and I pay court-ordered child support and have ample visitation rights. She has agreed not to contest the divorce because we both have moved on. We want this over as quickly as possible. Plus I have been living in California the past 6 yrs. We are both from the state of Ohio and we got married there. We were separated before the birth of our son, but tests have concluded the he is mine and as I said earlier, I do pay court-ordered child support and I have visitation rights. So we agreed to a quick, low-cost solution.

There are lawyers that do "agreed divorces". This is a low cost option for people who are not going to dispute everything along the way.

I did my own. I left my husband in Virginia and moved to Az. We had a son. I bought the divorce papers in the book store and they came with complete simple instructions. I published in the local paper for 4 consecutive weekends because he refused to sign. But since she is agreeable you have it so much easier. You file with the clerk of court, wait 30 days. See the judge. Wait 30 days and usually from filing to final 90 days and less than $500. There are also legal aid and lawyer referral services that will do it for you or help you if you get stuck. Now this was a while back but I'm sure you would have no trouble.

Ebay ! In the OT men were the important figures and so women were rarely mentioned. Within both Adam and Eve were the genetic code for the entire human race and they had many children during their very long lifetime. Initially their children would marry each other and with each generation the genetic code would be disseminated or divided among the increasing number of children born. Only later did God then say that people of a close family relationship could not marry each other, hence our laws concerning incest.

Write up the agreement, include custody and visitation, and child support. Then take it to someone who will just charge a base fee plus filing costs. In my area, you can get it done for $400.

Since primary jurisdiction appears to be in Ohio, have your wife find a local document preparer. They know how to prepare all of the documents and cost way less than an attorney.

In Australia, we have "do it yourself kits" that you are able to do yourself and forward to the federal magistrate court, cost around $405.00, maybe there is something like that there, much cheeper that doing it via the court or using a solicitor.
