click on start
go to control panel
go to battery settings (performance and maintaince)
you might be able to avoid all these steps by double clicking
on the battery in the lower right hand corner
well anyway just mess with the settings on there...i cant give u step by step instructions cuz i dont know which computer u have but thats how i did it on mine

press that windows sign on your keyboard and hold it, and then press the letter "L".
