A spit and a rub. Sounds gross but it works in a pinch, other anti-foggers might help in the long run, just be wary of putting strange chemicals into your goggles as they will be cozy with your eyes.

Don't breath through your eyes and they shouldn't fog up lol
spitting in them worked for me as a kid but i haven't used them in years

I grew up snorkeling, the secret trick is to spit into the inside of the lenses and then rinse them out. Works like a charm.

Put a little shaving cream in them and rub it in. This works for bathroom mirrors. I think it should work for your goggles.

Rub saliva over the inside of the lenses with your finger. Then make sure they're sealed tightly to your face.

they sell anti-fog goggles at most sports stores (modells, sports auhority, etc.)

i dont think u can, u still sweet and the water is cold so it condenses...unless u can make the water as hot as the temperature of ur googles
