UCI: 9/10 (unless you totally bombed the SATs)
UCLA: 7/10 (again, it depends on your SAT scores and admissions letter. But I think all those extracurriculars will help some.)

If you are a California resident, then I believe that graduating in the top 10% of your class guarantees you admission to some UC school. UCI is a real possibility for you.

With your current SAT scores, I think UCLA, UCSD, UC-Davis or Berkeley are out of the question. You will need to bring them upo 400-500 points to be likely to get in there. Your grades should not be a problem at any of those schools. If your poor SAT performance really is due to being sick -- you should be able to improve.

IF you are an A student all the way through HS, do not go to a CC. It would be a waste. Apply to several colleges- apply to at least one private college- see where you get in and what financial aid package you get. Private colleges tend to give out more financial aid. And check into scholarships. Almost all scholarships are for incoming freshman only. Not transfer students. second semester sophomore year, you and your parents should start going on college visits. Go to at least one state school, one private school and one CC. End of junior year you should visit ALL colleges you are going to apply to. I believe you will see the difference in a CC and four year college for yourself. Make sure to meet with admissions, take a tour of the campus, eat in the dining hall. And if you know your major-meet with the head of the department or a professor from the department

It sounds like you've got good credentials but don't be too upset if you don't get in. They are both very prestigious and highly selective.

As for your chance of getting in: It varies. I'd say decent. It depends on the number of people who apply at the same time as you and whether or not you meet up with the where the rest of the students are at.

9.9 with an ACT 30+ or whatever the scale is now i have no idea. I'd say you lose 1 point of that 9.9 with every 2 points you lose on your standardised test score.

95 percentile of ACT SAT

If the check does not bounce, I think you will get in pretty much anywhere.
