I was studying for a midterm exam in the Masters in Business Administration program at Santa Clara University.

Not real sure. Was that a week night or a weekend? What ever it was I was probably on post at Ft. Meade Maryland. The question would be weather I had duty that night. If I did I was likely awake and bored stupid. Otherwise I'd of been tucked in my bunk and asleep like a good little soldier. Of course if it were a week end I might have stayed up later reading, watching t.v. or even have gone out to eat somewhere off post.

I think right about that time I had just found out I was going to have my 3rd child. I can't say it was exactly on March 4th but it was definitely 1975.

In my tiny apartment Century Blvd in Inglewood, CA, across the street from the Inglewood Forum. Century Blvd. was pretty well known as a place to pick up prostitutes. It was (is) directly underneath the landing pattern for airliners landing at LAX, and thus it was not possible to get good radio or TV reception, and loud airplanes passed overhead day and night. The rent was cheap, and I was studying for my MA degree....

In a bar in Honolulu, drinking heavily with the guys I would go to boot camp with on June 27, 1975. We always had a "hell-of-a-time".
